Our Pinyon Pine Hydrosol is a therapeutic plant water that contains all of the water soluble nutrients and some of the fat soluble nutrients (including trace amounts of essential oils), that are created during the essential oil distillation process, and shares many of the same properties.
Pinyon Pine trees grow at 4,000-8,000 feet and are native to the Four Corners region of the US. Along with a long, rich history in Native American culture and folklore as the "tree of life," it has been used for many purposes in the past, from food to medicine, tea, tonics, and in ceremonies.
The aroma of this hydrosol is distinctly different from other conifer hydrosols; the fragrance has soft, floral, citrus fruit top notes, a middle range of crisp, smooth pine, and a deep, woody, resinous base.
Comes in a clear glass bottle with a sprayer.
In aromatherapy, Pinyon Pine Hydrosol strengthens and rejuvenates. The hydrosol is known for its uplifting and purifying qualities, which can have a cleansing effect that dispels worry and tiredness, invigorates and energizes. It can also clear the air and release negative emotions.
Medicinally, along with helping to relieve sinus and respiratory congestion and promoting healthy lung and airway activity, Pinyon Pine Hydrosol can sooth coughs and muscle spasms. It can also help relieve joint and muscle pain and inflammation as well as promote healthy circulation, boost a compromised immune system, support healthy adrenal function, reduce the risk of fungal infection, ease sore throats, and relieve headaches. This hydrosol is also skin healing and rejuvenating and can help treat cuts, wounds, bug bites, and burns.
Finally, Pinyon Pine Hydrosol is a great cleanser and deodorizer that can be used for keeping your home and office looking and smelling clean and fresh.
