The lowly Dandelion often gets a bad rap, and is usually dismissed as a pesky weed. However, this commonly overlooked plant also contains a wide range of benefits including hydrating the skin, fighting acne, helping prevent UV damage and the signs of aging, and promoting collagen production. Which is why we chose it as the center-piece for the first soap in this year's seasonal summer collection.
These pretty yellow bars start with wild harvested, herbicide free Dandelion flowers steeped in olive oil, which is combined with organic Coconut and Castor oils, as well as moisturizing Shea Butter and Sweet Almond oil. They also feature a summery citrus aroma from Grapefruit, Lemon, Lime, and Sweet Orange essential oil. A great summer soap!
