Peg’s Herbal Knitters Balm was created in memory of Peg Malloy, a renowned ceramic artist, and avid knitter who lost her battle with ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease) in 2018. For this balm, we start with a blend of Arnica, Chamomile, and Calendula flowers, and Comfrey leaf infused in high oleic sunflower oil. Then we add beeswax, moisturizing shea butter, lanolin, and organic jojoba oil for their moisturizing and skin nourishing properties.
The essential oil blend of Lemon and May Chang give this balm a fresh, sweet citrus scent with subtle woody herbal notes from the Thyme essential oil. An excellent choice for anyone who frequently uses their hands for work or play, or regularly suffers from dry, cracked skin. Comes in a round metal tin with a lid. A portion of every sale of this item is donated to The ALS Association of America
Please note that this balm contains beeswax and lanolin and is not considered to be vegan friendly.
