Before attaching the brush, each handle is hand turned, naturally stained, and then coated with an adhesive finish that becomes impervious to water once it has hardened. All of our shave brushes have knots made from soft nylon bristles that create a rich, creamy lather and are designed to lift the hair off the skin and provide a clean, close shave. Like traditional badger and boar hair brushes, these synthetic brushes are soft and supple, while being cruelty free and animal friendly. Care instructions included.
